Our approach is learner friendly, cantered and patterned to the Experiential learning cycle where participants once presented with a concrete situation will be facilitated to reflect and make observations.

This will then form the basis upon which they will test the implications of what they observed and reflect upon back at the work place. Parties can elect to bring along trainers of their choice or we can recommend various trainers. The Lodge is not responsible for the Trainers and their programs.
